Swagpawz is not liable if theincorrect or missingshipping information is provided at checkout. We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address in such circumstances.
Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) hours of your order placement.
Swagpawz is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
Please note that our standard delivery time is between15-20 business days for standard delivery time. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
We process all orders within 2-3 business daysexcluding holidays and weekends.
Keep in mind that we ship item(s) as soon as they’re available, and we have multiple warehouses in the world that stock different products. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.
Please note, due to the outbreak of Covid-19, our team and the courier partner may experience delays. Shipments are now expected to take slightly longer than the usual delivery time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Swagpawz reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.
In the event of cancelled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process, as all payments go through a payment gateway and it takes a couple of working days for settlement.
Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Swagpawz you can return or exchange any item, provided the item is unworn & unopened (in accordance with U.S. Sanitary and Health Codes) within 14 days(10 business days).
The only exception to this policy is dog beds which we are unable to refund due to hygiene reasons. We strive for all our customers to feel not just satisfied but delighted in their shopping experience with us.
To ensure your purchase fits your pup, please check the size guides, as many of our products are custom and have their own size guides. Most of our clothing & accessories runs a little smaller so it's always best to buy 1 size up than normal.
What do I do if I need to return something?
We want returns to be as easy as possible. To initiate a return, please send our friendly customer service team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide a Return Shipping label for you. Processing time for returns take 7-14 Days. If you wish to send the item back yourself we will give you the address to send it in to. Easy as that!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
What happens if your package is marked as returned to sender, unclaimed or refused?
In the event that your order is returned to us marked as “Return to Sender,” “Unclaimed” or “Refused,” you will be contacted immediately and a reshipping fee must be paid. If the you decide that you no longer want to proceed with the order, Swagpawz may provide the option for refund less initial shipping charges and any charges incurred to accept the returned package. Please note that the reshipping fee and the initial shipping fee may vary depending on the delivery address and method.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
Swagpawz does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order after I have placed it?
Most of our packages arrive within 15-20 business days of you receiving tracking information. Items will leave our warehouse 2-3 business days after an order is placed and you will receive tracking information for your order. We offer deliver select products within the USA in 3-5 business days.
Your tracking information may show the same status for 2-10 days until it clears the appropriate customs in your respective country. After clearing customs you will see your tracking information update regularly. If there are any additional issues with your tracking after 10 days please email us at email@example.com
Do you have a store locally in my country?
No, currently we are only an online business. We hope we have better prices and products than your local store! Our main priority is to provide you with an equal or better shopping experience than your local store as well. If you have suggestions please contact us. We love feedback!
Do you charge cancellation fees?
Any order can be cancelled with a full-refund if we are contacted within 24 hrs and prior to shipping. If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled after 24 hours or has been shipped, we will provide a refund within 10 business days if for a valid reason and the item is returned.
Where do your items come from?
Our items come from several regions of the world. We have warehouse locations in the U.S. and Asia. Items may be shipped from either location.
